Dungeonic can be played without creating a personal account. Most game progress is stored locally, while Google Play and selected Firebase services process limited purchase, diagnostics, analytics, app-integrity, configuration, and optional leaderboard data. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
This Privacy Policy describes how Opus Noctis ("we", "our", or "us") handles
information in connection with the mobile game Dungeonic,
available on Google Play (com.opusnoctis.dungeonic).
By downloading or playing Dungeonic, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not install or use the application.
Dungeonic does not ask for your legal name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The game uses the following categories of data to provide and improve its features.

Network services may also process technical information needed to establish a connection, such as an IP address, timestamps, app version, device model, operating system, and language. Google processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy documentation.

Payment credentials are handled by Google Play and are not provided to us. The app contains no third-party advertising SDK and does not sell user data.
Core dungeon gameplay remains available without an internet connection. Internet access is used for Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, App Check, the optional Daily Trial leaderboard, and Google Play Billing. Purchases, purchase restoration, remote configuration updates, and live leaderboard operations may be unavailable while offline.

These providers process data under their own terms. Please review Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security documentation . Dungeonic contains no ads and does not share data with advertising networks.
Dungeonic is not directed to children under 13, or the applicable minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly request a child's legal name, contact details, or precise location.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child submitted leaderboard data, contact us with the legend name, sigil, avatar, and approximate submission date so we can investigate and, where identifiable, delete the relevant record.
Data sent to Google services is protected in transit using the security mechanisms provided by those services. Local save data is protected by the operating system's app sandbox. Firebase App Check helps reduce unauthorized access but no security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
We do not store payment credentials. Purchase entitlements and consumable balances are cached locally; Google Play remains responsible for processing the payment.
Local data remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game. Google Play may retain purchase history under its own policy, and permanent purchases may be restored after reinstalling. Clearing local data can remove an unspent Frenzy balance unless server-side account synchronization is available.
Firebase Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated installation identifiers for approximately 90 days before deletion begins. Analytics and other Firebase data are retained according to the retention settings and terms applicable to those services. Leaderboard entries remain while the leaderboard feature is operated or until they are deleted by us.
How to request deletion: email galaxyvanguardgame@gmail.com with the subject “Dungeonic data deletion request”. Because the leaderboard uses anonymous authentication, include your legend name, three-letter sigil, avatar, country selection, and approximate Daily Trial date so we can identify the relevant records.
After verification, we will delete the matching Dungeonic player profile and leaderboard entries we can identify. Local game data must be removed from the device by resetting the profile, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app. Google Play purchase records retained by Google and aggregate or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked to a player are not deleted through this request.
Depending on your jurisdiction, data is processed as necessary to provide requested game, leaderboard, security, and purchase features; to comply with legal obligations; and for our legitimate interests in maintaining security, fixing crashes, balancing the game, and understanding feature performance. Google may process information in countries other than your own under its applicable data-protection safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Contact us using the details below to exercise an applicable right.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Dungeonic after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
